Q: What if I would like to have a dipping ingredient that I do not see on your list?

A: The list we have provided is only to give people an idea of types of ingredients but you are not limited to this list. If there is something you would like that you do not see listed please ask us.

Q: What if my wedding is going to be held at a location outside of the GTA?

A: Depending on the distance of the event, a mileage charge may be applied.

Q: Are the products nut free?

A: Our dipping ingredients are cleaned and cut in a nut free environment and we do not add any nut products to our chocolate however, that does not mean that the chocolate has had zero contact with nut products so therefore we do not guarantee the chocolate is nut free.

Q: We were thinking of having are chocolate fountain at the beginning of the evening, during our
receiving line, is this possible?

A: It is entirely up to you when you decide to have your Fountain displayed. We are committed to
serving your needs so it is your choice when to have it.

Q: Are we limited to using one fountain only?

A: Definitely not! You can have more than one if you desire. Along with the larger milk chocolate
fountain, you can have a smaller one with flowing white or dark chocolate which is absolutely stunning.

Q: Is a chocolate fountain like a chocolate fondue?

A: yes, it is similar, however the difference is that the chocolate constantly flows over the fountain and items are dipped into one of the tiers.
